As all of our products are made to order especially for you, please allow time for your items to be created, packed, and shipped.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. During busy periods, launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

United Kingdom: 3–7 business days  
International: 7–21 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on courier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

Pretty Menace is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible at support@prettymenace.co.uk.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or duties depending on their country’s regulations. These charges are not controlled by Pretty Menace and are the responsibility of the customer.
