RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Pretty Menace, each item is made to order especially for you. Because of this, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing choices, or buyer’s remorse.

However, your satisfaction is important to us, and if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll happily work with you to make it right.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@prettymenace.co.uk with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Made-to-order products
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards
• Items damaged through normal wear and tear or misuse

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, production may already have started and cancellation may no longer be possible.

SHIPPING ISSUES

Pretty Menace is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or circumstances outside of our control. Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly before placing your order.
